The Way To My Heart Got Smaller…
If you follow this blog, you know I’m trying to lose weight. Actually, if I may be so bold, I’m doing a pretty good job of it. Anyway, a weird thing happened to me the other day and now happened twice more.

Prior to this weight loss effort, I would eat not hesitate to eat an entire family-size container of Innovasian’s General Tso’s Chicken. By myself. Now it’s really good, but one guy should not be eating a box of food intended for three. It’s like putting CURT trailer hitches on a Volkswagen. (Okay, maybe not, but whatever.) But I would make some brown rice and go to town on this. The other day, I decided to have some. I managed my calories for the day to allow for my usual consumption. I was splurging for the day…don’t judge.
I prepared the meal and sat down to eat it. And a funny thing happened…three-quarters of the way through, I felt…full. I felt so weird. I couldn’t remember this sensation. I think I may have actually shrunk my dang stomach because twice it’s happened again when trying to eat different dishes in my usual portions.
This is so weird.
