More Charter Hating…

There’s a lot of stuff I don’t know. I don’t understand how nuclear power plants work. I don’t know anything about diet pills that work. And I certainly cannot name a single member of Big Time Rush.

But I do know one thing: I hate Charter.

After Talking To Anyone From Charter

I’m not kidding when I say that I have received more phone calls and pieces of mail asking me to upgrade since I joined Charter for Internet than I ever received when I was not a subscriber in any way. It’s like the Charter way to grow your business is to harass the living s**t out of existing customers. That’s a great business model, Charter! EFF YOU!

Also, your animated GIF of the day.

You know you can definitely add me to the I Hate Charter Fan Club (there’s already one on FB btw)! We get at least 3-4 pieces of junk mail a week, sometimes multiple mailing of the same junk the same day, and most of it is for services we ALREADY have. I so wish we had another option for internet, but for us it’s Charter or dial-up, so we’re screwed. We can’t even get Virgin Mobile’s Mifi thingamajig. Well I could go with Verizon’s mobile hot spot thing, but it’s more expensive.

I know those envelopes. IMPORTANT ACCOUNT INFORMATION ENCLOSED. I have to admit though…. those bundle offers are getting cheaper & cheaper. Maybe by the time my Directv contract is up I might consider going back.

My hubby and I love how they raise our rates every six months or so and hope that we don’t notice on our auto-pay. We keep checking…att.net isn’t to our subdivision yet.

    It’s not? It’s to us and my friend, K. I’m surprised…

BTW…your graphic is very creepy, but I can’t stop watching the little head blow.

    Yes on both counts.

    Hi Patrick,

I always find it interesting to see what comes up when you leave the auto-complete on Google search. Last year, a large French power plant builder’s name was appended by the words … bribery, and … corruption as being the most popular search terms for that company.

With regard to Charter, you’ll notice that if you type “i hate char” into Google search, with auto-complete on, it gives you a choice of “i hate charlie sheen” or “i hate charter”. Now, that’s interesting.

Hating Charlie Sheen is new. Hating Charter has been around for the ages. :)
