I Hate Writing Long Posts…
Okay, truth be told, I really don’t like to write those umpteen paragraph posts. The problem is that usually with anything important, it’s hard to crunch it down to bullet points.
Also, I fancy myself a writer…and yet I don’t seem to want to write. Is that odd? Probably. It would be like if you wanted to pursue a sales career, but you didn’t want to sell your parents on the idea of financing it. I should want to do what I supposedly enjoy doing.
Maybe it’s just a motivational problem. I’m going to buckle down after I write this post and write something with some length to it. Let’s see where it goes…

I read a wonderful biography of the late, great Douglas Adams last year. I was surprised and amused to find the process of writing was painful for him. Usually he’d have someone in the room with him to bounce ideas off of and help keep him on task.
If the craftsman behind Hitchhikers Guide hated writing, it’s okay for the rest of us who fancy ourselves writers to have a little trouble too

@Tina Having read part of the Guide, I can see how that process worked.
