So Much For The Fun Stuff…

I did my taxes a couple weeks back. It should hit my bank this week. Which is cool. I had big plans for this years refund. I was going to pay off all the emergency rooms I owe from last year and I had even planned to get the family a Wii.

Because that thing just seems like pure fun.

But of course, there were more bills than I planned for and that whole Wii thing went right out the wii-ndow. Get it? I used the word ‘wii’ for window. I crack me up.

Okay. Maybe it wasn’t that funny. Maybe this whole post is just tragic. Oh well. It could always be worse.

So, to summarize, things I will never have: Nintendo Wii, PlayStation 3, iPod Touch. Things I have: time to whine. Got it?

This tops an entire page of fabulous posts. I’m glad I clicked through from StL Bloggers!

(Although I will probably have Obama’s Elf in my head for the rest of my life.)

We don’t have one either. I still think board games and hanging out together at home are the best times anyway! :)

I think you could find a sponsor to give you one and give one away to readers. People seem to hand those things out. Why not you? I will totally pimp that out for you if you want!

I don’t have a Wii and I have to pay taxes.

@Christina Then you have not played with the Wii. Cause it’s freakin’ awesome.

@EDW Good to know. Now, where do I find a sponsor?

@Akatornado6 Then I highly suggest you knock someone up. It’s a huge tax break. It will, however, suck your will to live.

I used to be a single mother. Then I got married and bought a house. BAM! Tax payments! Ha ha – that’s what I get!
