According to the article, there's an (unfunded) provision for an electronic monitoring system in the bill passed last year. Amazing how a few idiots spoil things for the rest of us. The government keeps wanting to take away more and more of our rights, by disguising them as 'safety measures'. Excuse me. I thought we were in America. People are free to fry their brains if they want to. (Not that I endorse drug use.) It is so aggravating. I'll own a gun if I want. I'll smoke cigarettes and drink beer, if I want. Why do they care? (none of those things I actually do) I wish the government would just run the country, and let us run our lives.
