Stuff From 2008, Part 1…
Seems like everyone in doing their ‘Year In Review’ posts about now. Sure. Why not? I don’t really have one planned. But I can whip it together like air tools filling tires. So, without any fanfare at all, here is my ‘Stuff From 2008′ list.
- We found out that Jasmine is WAY hotter than Belle. Not even close.
- I got some love from STLToday.com for this post about Star Wars.
- I tried to find my passion…I’m still having trouble with that one.
- I discovered Randy Pausch. He touched a lot of lives while he was here.
- Amy Lee of Evanescence became the patron saint of this blog. This resulted in a 0% sales increase for her band. You’re welcome!
- I used PaperbackSwap.com a lot and I’m reading more than I have since I was in the Air Force back in the nineties. I suppose that’s a good thing.
- Gas prices killed us at the pump, reaching $3.50 or worse per gallon. The only benefit of a dismal economy is gas is way back down.
- I discovered Katy Perry and was enthralled. That ended pretty quickly.
And that was JUST through May. I like this year-in-review thing so much I think we’ll do a second part tomorrow. See you then.

It’s not like I discovered her and brought her to the world. I’m just saying that’s when I found her.
