Every once in awhile, here at Patrick Says, we get the opportunity to review a product. This is one of those times.
Frecklebox makes a lot of items, but the one I’d like to talk about today is personalized books. In this case, coloring books. I was given the opportunity to check out their personalized coloring books. We ordered one for The Oldest. It arrived about a week later. On a side note, the folks at Frecklebox sent a handwritten note…it’s a nice touch.
Anyway, so the book arrives and it’s pretty professional looking. It’s got his name right across the front as part of the title. So what you’ve got is a coloring book where every page is a different theme, but each page has his name in a different font at the bottom. For example, one page is a jack in the box for the big picture and his name is split into each letter popping out below. On another page, the big picture is a plate of spaghetti and the noodles are wrapped below around his name.
The quality of the book is very good. The Oldest digs it and thinks it is wicked cool that his name is on every single page. I could totally see this as a neat gift for a kid. Check it out. Tell them I sent you.
