So, has someone asked how you were doing recently? Sure they have. We ask people this question everyday.

But seriously, most of the time, you don’t really care to hear the answer. I’ve been on the asking side, but here lately, I’ve been on the answering side and I would really love to blindside someone with a full blown answer. I think it’d go a little something like this:

Someone: Hey, Patrick, how are you? I’m doing…

Me, cutting in: Well, actually thanks for asking. I’m not doing that great. I have one car dead with a starter that doesn’t work. The other car’s plates expire this week and it needs a $300 (or three mechanical units) windshield replacement and new tires and an alignment. The Wife continues to have medical problems that doctors can’t seem to solve. The Oldest’s coat just broke and it’s only a year old. Steak has a double ear infection. And financially, I’m behind on everything. Thanks for asking!

Someone: Sorry I asked.

Me: I’m sorry you asked too.

Anyway, that’s probably how it would go. How are you? Also, how would I incorporate adult acne treatments into this blog post? Ideas? Eh, never mind. How are you again?
