Greatest Duets…

Found this over at Neatorama Filmoculous, I think.

This site composed a list of what they consider the 25 greatest duets of all-time. There’s some great stuff on there. Check it out. Most of them (if not all) have actual clips of the duet. Very cool.

My favorite? It’s close. It could have been #13, ‘Under Pressure’ by David Bowie and Queen. It could have been #22, ‘Hunger Strike’ from Temple Of The Dog. But ultimately, and The Wife will back me up on this, I had to go with #23, Tammy Wynette and the KLF. Crank this mother and press play!!!

That was actually good. I’m amazed.
Tammy Wynnete? Who’d a thunk it

I have to admit to being drunk/stoned druing much of the late 80’s and early 90’s, so I had no idea who KLF was when I saw this. So, I did a Wikipedia search and was amazed to learn that they made one of my favorite singles of all time, Doctorin The Tardis as The Timelords.

    I still have the 12″

    Great post

I can’t believe they don’t even mention the Miss Piggy/Ozzy Osbourne “Born to be Wild.”
