A Sad Day…

I was dropping my wife off for an appointment this morning and decided, since I was nearby, to drive by the house in south Saint Louis where I grew up many years ago. The picture above was what I found when I arrived. The house is, well, gutted. The yard is overgrown and dug up.

It broke my heart.

    I know what you mean. the same thing happen to my house where I grew up. it hurts me to go back and see it.
