What’s Going On Here?
Well, if you’re here, you’ve obviously found version 2.0 of Patrick Says.
Why a 2.0?
Well. There were several reasons I felt the need to add a second version of PS. The first was that money is very tight in our household and blogging for money is actually a decent source of extra spending money. And having a blog hosted on your own domain helps get better opps.
Secondly, I wanted to really dig in and learn WordPress. I’d heard so much about it, I thought I should check it out. It’s nice. I haven’t begun to figure out it’s intricacies, but I’m learning.
And lastly, I wanted more control over my blog. I love BlogSpot and will always recommend them for new bloggers and advanced bloggers. But there’s something to be said for digging in and building your own blog from the ground (or zip file as the case may be) up.
That’s it for now. I’ll be working on both blogs for awhile. I will probably be posting on both until everyone figures out that I’m over here too.

Nice, I like the look. I might not go as far as ‘beautiful’ but it’s very nice so far! I love the grass, I’ve always been a fan of grass. LOL

I like the colors. I don’t like the fact that you have to use the little bar at the bottom to see everything though. But that’s just me.

Your blog is looking great! You may not have noticed that we have a section in our forum for questions specifically for WordPress stuff! I just added a post there on how to do a video embed without having to use a plugin if you’re interested.
I’m chuckling over, “This blog brought to you by the letters W and P and the number 7.” LOL!
