Girls always talk to each other in the potty, pretty much no matter what is happening in the bowl. Guys on the other hand, normally stand at a urinal for the simple non-embarrassing times. So I would guess, if you need to go into the stall and sit, matters fall a little higher on the need for privacy meter. I even talk on the phone sometimes when I'm in there, why not? It makes me smile when I do, and you don't know about it, Patrick!
