Meme’s…
I’ve been neglecting the blog lately. Sorry. A side project I’m working on has exploded and I’ve been really busy. In the meantime, I got hit with not one, but two meme’s. Thank you, Cinders and Jami. So I may as well kill them in one post. First is Jami’s.
Things I would like to do before I die:
- Spoil my grandchildren.
- Own my home.
- Retire.
- Lose all these stupid extra pounds.
- Get in touch with my father’s side of my family.
Things I CAN NOT do:
- Swim.
- Speak a foreign language.
- Fly a jet fighter.
- Fix an automobile engine.
- Play guitar.
Things I CAN do:
- Code HTML.
- Fix computers.
- Amaze you with pop trivia.
- Ride a bicycle.
- Bathe myself.
Things that attracted me to my wife:
- Youthful beauty
- Laughs at my stupid jokes
- Accepts me as I am
- Good home cooking
- Exceptionally good with kids
Things I say most often:
- ‘Hey buddy.’ Usually to my son.
- ‘No.’ Again, to my son.
- ‘Really?’ But dripping with sarcasm.
- ‘Sure. I’m not doing anything.’ I say this at work when co-workers come up with projects.
- ‘Peace out.’ I say this when I’m trying to urban. It never works.
Books I love to read:
- Howard Stern
- HTML and CSS books
- Al Franken
Sorry. That’s all I read lately. I guess magazines don’t count.
Movies I love:
- Matrix Trilogy
- X-Men films
- Spiderman films
- Mystery Men
- Napoleon Dynamite
- A Few Good Men
- Star Wars films
- Kevin Smith films
- Batman Begins
- Office Space
That’s one down. Here’s Cinders: divulge eight secrets.
- I can’t swim.
- I fell asleep once at the wheel of a car.
I’m sorry. That’s all I can come up with. I’m just not that interesting.
As for tagging someone, I ain’t doing it. If you want to do one of these, have at it and give me a link. Peace out.

I thought of like 12 more secrets after the fact. It’s one of those that needs to fester.

Good totally do-able list of stuff to do before you die.
You can’t swim? Come out to Pittsburgh sometime, I’ve taught plenty of people to swim, I can do it in one afternoon. It worries me when people don’t learn to swim - never know when you might need that.
